Substantial experience working within the Building Materials Industry Experience working on a trade counter Strong communication Skills Ability to reach and exceed sales targets People management experience

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the Trade Counter; buying / stock levels / margins Achieve sales and margin targets Building customer relationships Maintain a high customer service standard ensuring all customers are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner Ensure employees are appropriately trained to deal with customers Be responsible for all equipment and carry out regular stock checks Ability to manage and anticipate change Ensure all company policies are implemented accordingly
