Working Hours

9–10 hours per day, depending on operational requirements

Adhering to Health & Safety standardsConducting power line technician tasks safely and professionallyRigging, blocking, suspension, jumpering, and earthing workPerforming in-situ steel replacementInterpreting technical schematicsMaintaining a disciplined and hardworking approachFostering teamwork and conscientiousness

Candidate Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience as a Power Line Technician or in a related roleRelevant formal qualifications (desirable)Experience working at heightsExpertise in construction and maintenance of HV Transmission Lines (above 110KV)Experience with puller/tensioner equipment, erection, or tractor winch operation (desirable)Valid driving licence (conversion assistance provided if required)

Passing the UKVI IELTSProviding evidence of English language proficiencyCompleting a clear Tuberculosis test (for specified countries)Demonstrating a clean immigration history
