Position: Infection Prevention and Control Lead

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated professional with:

Proven experience in infection prevention and control. Background in the acute healthcare sector. Registered Nurse (or equivalent) with at least three years of post-registration experience. Strong mentorship and teaching capabilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the IPC team in delivering outstanding care and improving patient outcomes. Act as a champion for safeguarding and infection control initiatives. Develop and implement an annual IPC program aligned with national standards. Be a core member of the Hospital IPC Committee, driving policy and process excellence.
