The Role

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of 18+ staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional service. They will lead by example, provide training and support, manage inventory and schedules, and to maintain high standards.

Experience within a French establishment is preferred, or a background in high-end Michelin-starred or a la carte restaurantsStrong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service deliveryKnowledge or experience working in the Caribbean hospitality industry is an assetProficiency in managing restaurant operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and customer relations
