The Role Youll work closely with an experienced military claims partner, handling a diverse caseload and building your own network. Youll also contribute to the teams growth and charitable initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) claims. - Drafting client and witness statements. - Preparing instructions for medical experts and counsel. - Attending Tribunals and supporting clients through the process. - Researching liability and quantum case law. - Driving business development and strengthening charitable partnerships.
