The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for excellence to ensure every event reflects the brand's impeccable standards.

5+ years’ kitchen leadership experience, preferably in fine dining or luxury catering environmentsProven ability to develop innovative, high-quality menus tailored to upscale clienteleStrong team management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a 25-person culinary team effectivelyExpertise in kitchen operations, cost control, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safetyOpen availability to accommodate the demands of high-end catering, including weekends and evenings when needed
