Nursery Manager

I am recruiting for a Manager for a petite, bespoke early years setting in the NW8 St John's Wood areawho have created a complete new Early Years concept for children aged 1-8 years and have huge visions for the future of the group.
You will be responsible for curating a child’s learning experience in the most formative years of their lives and you must be full of creative ideas have an open mind and desire to shape something new.
Role Responsibilities:

Promote high standards of quality at all times, always pushing boundaries to be better.
Implement, develop, and train up the wider team on new plans, materials and policies.
Ensure all resources are in line with our ethos and approach to Early Years Education.
Run efficient timetables for all programmes to meet targets and optimal staffing levels.
Ensure practice and provision in the nursery meet the expectations and requirements of senior management, parents and children.
Manage children’s safety, ensuring the team both understand & follow Safeguarding procedures.
Develop positive working relationships with all members of the team, as well as the other department teams and senior management.
Responsible for effective day to day management of the team, ensuring all members of the team are suitably trained, with all relevant qualifications.
Responsible for day to day management of the nursery, in accordance with all regulatory bodies.

Role Requirements:

Passionate about working with people of all ages, and have a natural flair for making people happy and at ease.
Previous experience with children 0-8 years.
Go above and beyond to have fun with a friendly & warm demeanour
Think outside the box of the EYFS framework and full of ideas.
Natural leader, who can inspire and motivate a team.
Interested in facilitating age-appropriate risky play, alternative reaching practices and fostering independence within children.
Impeccable management of compliance, health & safety, risk management and internal policies.
Relevant Early Childhood qualifications and have worked in a similar role previously.
