Support Worker

Support Worker required to support our client based in Wiltshire.

Our client specialising in supporting care leavers aged 16+ years in semi-independent living accomodation.

You must have full Right to Work, and be able to work full time.

Driver with access to your own car - essential

As a Support Worker you will be responsbile for a small case load of 12 young people across Wiltshire (Chippenham, Calne, Trowbridge) and duties will include;

Following Care Plans 1-1 work Budgeting and handling petty cash Shopping and meal prep with young people Promoting independence Attending appointments in the community Liaising with Social Workers, Family and Friends Responsible in planning your own week and appointments to accomodate young people

Support Worker Hours:

Monday - Friday

9:00-17:00 / one day 10:00-18:00

Some weekend work included, which will result in 2 week days off.

Support Worker Rate of Pay:

£11.44 per hour PAYE or £14.57 Umbrella

Support Worker Requirements:

Driver, with access to a car (mileage paid) Enhanced Child and Adults DBS Local to Reading Experience working in residential child care, housing, semi-independent living
