Ideal Candidate:

Valid NMC/HCPC Pin: Must hold a current and valid registration. Mentorship Qualification: Required to support and guide junior staff and nursing students. Orthopaedic Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an orthopaedic setting. Professional Development: Demonstrated evidence of relevant professional development in previous roles or placement.
