Complex HCA + Nurse vacancy Beccles, Suffolk

We are looking for Nurses and HCAs interested in a temp-to-perm role in Barnby, Beccles, Suffolk NR34.

Shift Times:
Day Shifts:
1 Nurse1 Carer2:1 care (1 Nurse, 1 Carer)1 x 12-hour day care per weekNight Shifts:
1 Nurse1 Carer2:1 care (1 Nurse, 1 Carer)2 x 12-hour night care per weekTotal Hours: 36 hours per week (2:1 = 72 hours)

The individual requires care for complex conditions, including:
Respiratory Issues: Needs airway management and suctioning. Potential CPAP or tracheostomy under discussion.Neurological and Developmental Conditions: Severe epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, autism, ADHD, and more.Gastrointestinal Care: Needs tube feeding, ileostomy management, and treatment for reflux disease.Orthopaedic Issues: Chronic dislocated hip, scoliosis, and osteopenia.Adrenal Insufficiency: Needs monitoring to prevent adrenal crisis.Neuropathic Bladder: Requires intermittent catheterisation.Skin and Surgical Care: Requires care for skin lesions and upcoming surgery in 2025.HCAs £18ph
