Manufacturing Technician - Radway Green - £47,500

My client is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join their established team in Radway Green. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced, high quality production environment with strong pay, benefits and excellent career potential.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

Operating and maintaining manufacturing processes safely Escalating issues that affect safety or quality Supporting production programmes and continuous improvement projects Identifying and solving safety, quality, and production problems Setting, operating, and maintaining plant and equipment

Skills & Experience

Essential:

Time-served mechanical engineering apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 minimum) Background in fast-paced production and planned maintenance Experience with plant/equipment set-up and operation Strong fault-finding skills (root cause, corrective and preventative action)

Desirable:

Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) Experience with pneumatic or automated systems
