Warranty Administrator Job Title: Warranty Administrator Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm + 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings Salary: up to £35000 per annum We are working with a respected commercial vehicle group who are looking at expanding their team with a Warranty Administrator. They are keen to develop their staff in a number of ways so the successful Warranty Administrator will have the option of real and genuine career progression. Responsibilities as a Warranty Administrator: - Responsible for submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis, - Determine if repair description / write-up meets manufacturer standards - Submit claims to manufacturer - Assemble all additional information if manufacturer requires more information - Prepare all claims which need to be amended - Record all claims which are unpaid and work with Warranty Requirements Warranty Administrator Experience required: - Commercial vehicle experience is essential for this role - Trained on Manufacturer Warranty Standards - Computer literate Microsoft Office - Analytical, precise & accurate - Able to prioritise workload - Flexible and willing to work as part of a team or on their own initiative - Must be able to work to a tight schedule and reliably see-through tasks to completion - Reliable and punctual If you are interested in this exciting Warranty Administrator role, please contact John Barnes at Holt Recruitment on 07955 081 481 or e-mail your CV to john@holtrecruitment.com
