Head of Bars & Retail – Large Scale Venue, London, £65k + Bonus

I am working with a super versatile large scale London venue who are looking for an experienced Head of Bars & Retail to take the lead on all bar and food retail operations across their multiple F&B outlets. The successful candidate must have experience working within a multi-faceted or complex site, have a hands-on approach and proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an ambitious individual with bags of personality and amazing customer service skills!

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively to ensure all operations are running smoothlyDrive the implementation of new and innovative strategiesEstablish and maintain high standard of staff performance and exceptional customer serviceCommunicate changes in processes to all relevant teamsEnsuring on site budget targets are being metTraining and development of the teamPerform quality controls and monitor team KPI’s & performance

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience working in a multi-site or multi-faceted operationExperience working within a high-volume wet-led venueA strong leader, confident managing large teamsP&L and revenue managementLots of personality and charismaPassionate about customer service
