An incredible opportunity for a Head of Membership has arisen at a high-end institute in Berkshire. The Head of Membership will be responsible for managing all aspects of membership, from marketing the offering, ensuring that members receive the highest level of service and satisfaction starting at initial interaction through to stepping through the door for the first time as a member. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the high-end market.

Manage the end-to-end membership processSupport the head of department in overseeing the membership teamResponsible for driving membership acquisitionsMember communicationsHave a strong presence on site acting as the face of the instituteContinuously seek opportunities to improve market engagement and raise the profile of the organisation through various marketing channelsExperience:
