Salary £36,000 - £40,000 per annum

We’re looking for a hands-on Ventilation Hygiene Engineer to lead and deliver high-quality cleaning, disinfection, and compliance works across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sites.

What you’ll do:

Lead and supervise a team on-site.Clean and disinfect ductwork, AHUs, and kitchen extract systems.Test and maintain fire dampers.Ensure all work meets TR19®, BS EN 15780, and HTM 03-01 standards.Complete reports, risk assessments, and site documentation.Train and mentor junior team members.Work safely and maintain top H&S standards.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years’ experience in ventilation hygiene or duct cleaning.TR19® knowledge and hands-on technical expertise.CSCS card & full UK driving licence.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Nice to have:

BESA VHE certification, Confined Space Training, IPAF/PASMA, or HTM 03-01 awareness.
