Contracts Manager / QA Manager

We are currently looking for a Contracts & Quality Manager with a structural steel background to join a team in Kent. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring quality standards are met for final handover.

Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 09:00–17:00
Salary: £70,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Location: Office-based, Dartford, Kent, with national travel
Key Duties:

Overseeing contracts and project sites nationally. Managing a team of 2–3 site managers. Acting as a Quality Manager, ensuring projects are ready for handover. Ensuring all work meets structural steel quality standards. Liaising with various teams to ensure projects run smoothly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Quality Manager role. Strong background in structural steel. Ability to travel nationally to sites every few weeks. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
