Deputy Service Manager – Supported Living Accommodation – Forest of Dean
We are seeking an enthusiastic Deputy Service Manager to support in our 4 bed Supported Living home in the Forest of Dean. Our home currently supports 4 young males with complex needs.
Location: Ormiston, Forest of Dean
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, over a 7-day rota working evening and some weekends where required.
On-call duty management
Rate of Pay: £14.67 per hour + holiday pay (£30,900 per annum).

The Deputy Service manager will report directly to the Service Manager You may be required to deputise your management due to annual leave / absence from the service Coaching and Mentoring new staff CPD training for current staff Demonstrating good leadership and following correct processes Leading the team / House meetings Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including family and friends Supporting with internal standards such as housing, compliance and quality Full job description availableRequirements:
