Bakery Assistant Apprenticeship Level 2 - 24 hours per week
Preparing food and drinks in line with hygiene and safety standards
Serving customers at the counter and providing excellent customer service
Handling payments using the till and card machine
Assisting with stock rotation, restocking shelves, and checking deliveries
Maintaining cleanliness in the café, including wiping tables, sweeping, and mopping floors
Washing up and keeping kitchen/food prep areas tidy
Following food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen procedures
Supporting team members with daily tasks to ensure smooth café operations
Helping set up the café before opening and assisting with closing procedures
Training:
Customer Service Proctitioner Level 2
Delivered both onlien and face to face in the workplace
Support with maths and English is required
Training Outcome:
Possible full time role within the business is the postion is available.

09.30 - 13.30, Monday to Friday, with an additional 4 hours to be focussed on your learning and apprenticeship training.
