Day Shift Electrician

Day Shift Electrician – FM Service Provider  - Tourist Attraction - Temporary - South Kensington - £24 per hour

CBW is currently recruiting for a Day Shift Electrician to cover a large tourist attraction located in South Kensington. The successful candidate will be a qualified electrician and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.Escort specialist subcontractorsHours of Work & Package Information
 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off, 07:00 am to 19:00pm/ 10:00 am to 22:00 pmOvertime Available£24 per hour Requirements
