About the role:
Your job role as a Residential Support Worker will involve you working closely with children in care with you putting them at the centre of everything you do. Your day-to-day role will require you to support them in all aspects of their lives such as educational pursuits, hobbies, and activities.
About you:
A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and resilience working with young people with mental health, EBD and sometimes challenging behaivours.
Pay starts from £11.44 per hour PAYE and £15.22 per hour Umbrella.
Requirements for you as a Residential Support Worker:
Experience in Support Work working with Children / Young people. Confident in working independently and being proactive. Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills. Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the update service.
Shift Times for you as a Residential Support Worker:
8am - 10:30pm ad hoc available Some weekend work will be required Some sleep ins required Potential block bookings
