Sous Chef - 4 Star Hotel
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious 4-star hotel. This role offers the opportunity to support high food standards in a branded à la carte restaurant, along with a busy conference and events operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation across all outlets.Help drive the kitchen’s performance, aiming for a 5-star hygiene rating and consistent improvement in food standards.Follow and enforce company procedures to ensure strong operational control and efficiency.Support the development of junior chefs, fostering a productive and collaborative kitchen environment.What We’re Looking For:
