Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice

• Brief Development: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and refine project briefs, ensuring clear campaign objectives
• Campaign Planning & Coordination: Oversee marketing plans across digital and traditional channels, managing timelines for smooth campaign rollouts
• Creative Development: Contribute original ideas to elevate both online and offline campaigns
• Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to shape marketing strategies
• Content Creation: Craft engaging content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and print materials, while maintaining consistent brand messaging
• Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Blend digital (social media, email, SEO) and offline (flyers, events) approaches for maximum impact
• CMS Management: Keep the website content fresh and engaging through CMS platforms
• Supplier Research: Source and evaluate external vendors to assist with campaign execution
• Project & Budget Management: Monitor project timelines and control budgets to ensure efficient resource use
• Campaign Evaluation: Analyse campaign performance, create reports, and suggest improvements
• Technology & Tools: Leverage marketing software, social media schedulers, design tools, and project management systems to enhance campaign effectiveness

Training:
Multi-Channel Marketing Level 3  Day release one day per week Online delivery with Middlesbrough College

Training Outcome:
Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available
