Interior Systems Apprenticeship (Plastering) Level 2

You will be travelling to different locations with the SMS Drywall team to work on projects in residential and commercial settings.

Your role will include:

Plastering onto walls, floors, ceilings and detailing Monitoring and organising materials Shadowing your mentor to develop skills

Training:

You will be enrolled on your Interior Systems Installer Level 2 qualification (plastering).

Your working week will be 4 days per week with SMS Drywall, from 8am - 4pm.

Your apprenticeship training provider will be Skills Group, and you will be required to attend 1 day per week.

Alongside your apprenticeship you will need a CSCS card, which can be applied for through Skills Group.

You may also be required to take a Functional skills assessment in maths and English may also be required, for anyone that has not achieved their maths and English grades. 

Training Outcome:

On completion of your Level 2 Apprenticeship with SMS Drywall Ltd, an opportunity to apply for a full-time post may be offered to the right learner.

Alternatively, you could go on to complete your Level 3 qualification or go on to be self-employed and start your own company.

Working Hours :
The working week for this role is Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
