Business Admin Apprenticeship
Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, students, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception environment.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals as needed.
Manage the visitor sign-in process, ensuring adherence to the academy's security and safeguarding policies.
Provide administrative support to the academy, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
Assist the administration team with tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
Coordinate with staff and departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow within the academy.
Handle the distribution of mail and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Support in the preparation of documents, reports, and other materials as required by the administration team.
Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks or special projects as directed by senior staff.
Training:
Work towards your Level 3 Business Administration Qualification. (All learning is delivered online/remote).
Training Provider: LMP Education (rated 1st best UK training provider)
Training Outcome:
Full-time role to be considered upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Thistley Hough Academy is a mixed school catering for students aged 11-16 located in the village of Penkhull, Stoke-on-Trent. The Academy joined the Creative Education Trust in September 2013 and is now one of Stoke-on-Trent’s most improved schools and is graded as Ofsted ‘good’.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm. (Term Time only, 38-40 weeks a year)
