ServiceNow ITOM Developer (Event Management)

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with strong Event Management experience to join a leading organisation based in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions with a focus on Event Management. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop integrations and workflows to enhance ITOM capabilities. - Provide technical expertise on best practices for ServiceNow Event Management. - Support continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITOM modules. Requirements - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on ITOM expertise. - Strong knowledge of Event Management within ServiceNow. - Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations is highly desirable. - ServiceNow certifications (ITOM Specialist/Implementation Specialist) are an advantage. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
