Our client is a well-established signage manufacturer, supplying high-quality products across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Artworker to join their team in Brackley.

THE ROLE

Ensuring all artwork is accurate and aligned with Design Packs and Text SchedulesPreparing print/cut files for production (converting AI to PDF/DXF, etc.)Delegating tasks to production departments using software toolsPrinting and creating work orders and visuals for productionColour matching using Pantone and RAL referencesSupporting the wider production team with general artwork requirementsFull training on in-house processes provided

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00.

THE PERSON

Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential)Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (desirable)Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and ExcelStrong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlinesExcellent time management and organisational skillsEnthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn in a production environmentMust live in or be able to commute reliably to Brackley
