Insurance Technician

Service Care Solutions are working alongside a local authority in Solihull, for an Insurance Officer to join their team. Please find a description of the role below

Location: Solihull.
Hours: 37 per week.
Salary: £14.65-£15.10 per hour (umbrella/ltd)
Contract: 12 months on going.

Requirements:

UK experience is essential. This is a junior role. Looking for someone computer literate who can confidently work with spreadsheets. Ideally would like a candidate who has some insurance experience. Good customer facing skills. Hybrid: 2 days in the office (Thursdays for team meetings and Fridays) Officer is required to help support professional insurance advise to departments. Desirable to have knowledge of insurance policies, terms and conditions, claims process, claims settlement negotiations and local authority risk insurances.
