As the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager, you will be:

Build connections and develop strategies that will bring teams together, fostering collaboration and promoting the concept of “internal customer” for a more inclusive work environment Creating, crafting and inspiring dynamic content —newsletters, video clips, posters—that keeps everyone engaged and informed
Influence how we communicate social values, sustainability, and employee wellbeing in all that we do.
Streamline communication channels for consistent, inclusive messaging
Boosting morale and celebrating employees through targeted initiatives, tracking metrics, analysing feedback, and exploring innovative ideas to support positive change

To be considered for the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager, you will need:

Previous communications management experience
Experience in producing communication strategies and engaging content
Skilled in employee engagement with expertise in managing communication channels
Analytical skills, with a focus on measuring and enhancing communication effectiveness
Committed to inclusivity and fostering a positive workplace culture

Key Highlights:

Full time - 37 hours per week, 2 days in the Conwy office and 3 days remote, plus the chance to visit various sites
Based in Conwy Offices or one of their other locations Bangor/Conwy/Halkyn/Llandrindod/Newtown and Aberaeron
Temporary – 6 months initially 
Competitive salary in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
