Job Title: Assistant General Manager – Gastro Hotel Restaurant & Bar

Salary: Up to £35,000 + bonus

Location: Gatwick

My client is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join their busy Gastro restaurant and bar in this branded hotel in Gatwick. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic group with huge ambitions. As Assistant General Manager you will work closely with the General Manager and oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
