Sending our GUID links to clients Providing clients with updates via email and telephone, whilst managing their expectations Distributing team voicemails for action Importing post to our case management system Ensuring all ISO27001 requirements are met and adhered to Ensure daily work schedules are maintained Rectify any file queries to ensure files can be completed proactively Liaise with other departments, when necessary Process payments to clients and third parties Completing portal work and corresponding with the Court Funds Office Printing and stapling cheques to be sent out to clients and third parties Saving imported documents to the relevant locationsTraining Outcome:
Within this role you will gain exposure to both the legal and insurance sectors, allowing the successful applicant the opportunity to further progress in a variety of industries depending on opportunities available at that time.
