IT Apprentice

Provide deskside and remote IT support to the business user base Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system check processes to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues. Act as the first point of contact for all IT issues, security incidents, and service requests. Manage service and security incidents within a ticketing system, adhering to SLAs and meeting KPIs. Escalate more complex issues to 3rd line infrastructure as necessary. Monitor system and infrastructure availability and performance.

Training:

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday on a 3 - week rolling rota between 09:00 – 21:00, with 1 in 4 Saturdays from 09:00 – 17:30.
