IT Apprenticeship
Provide 1st line support - Respond accordingly to teacher and student IT support requests
Configure hardware
Support with password resets
Upgrade and download software
Ensure all IT equipment is functioning to the best of its ability
Escalate IT issues as and where needed
Training:
Information Communications Technician Level 3 (A level)
Your training will be delivered online via a SMART classroom every 4-6 weeks in 2 day blocks Training schedule has yet to be agreed upon, further details will be made available at a later dateTraining Outcome:
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Technician

Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
