Fire Safety Manager
A client within the private sector based in Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a Fire Safety Manager to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a housing environment.
The Role
Key purpose of the role is to ensure the clients buildings and customers’ homes are safe and receive the best service possible whilst working in partnership with their internal Fire and Safety
Assessors and contractors.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Ensuring Fire and Safety policy and procedure is reviewed, updated, tracked, monitored and fully implemented across all Fire and Safety regimes Developing, implementing and delivering a pro-active contract monitoring framework for effective management of all Fire and Safety regimes Being responsible for delivering all fire safety related planned and cyclical contract works Data and performance management, through in-house system and performance monitoring tool, to ensure all regimes, assets, attributes are captured and visible. Working in partnership with the Head of Building Safety and Information, Customer Safety Manager, Group Health and Safety Manager and regional Fire Safety Manager Head of Building Safety and Information teams, to drive a pro-active approach to Fire and Safety regimes, ensuring customers and their homes are safe.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require a NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety & Risk Management or equivalent fire risk assessment qualification.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering up to £56,000 per annum plus car allowance.
