Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer (Hotel) - Central London - Temp - Starting Immediately - Up to £18 per hour  

A fantastic opportunity to work for a 5* Hotel situated in Central London. CBW is currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to be based in London working with one of our key clients. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a hotel and can work as an Multi Skilled Engineer.   

Duties & Responsibilities:
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readingsPainting & Decorating Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsCarpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniturePlasteringFixing FurnitureHanging Pictures & ShelvesHours of work: 08:00am - 17:00pm - Monday - Friday (May include weekends) Shift 4 on 4 off - Day shift or Earlys & Lates Temporary with potential to go permanent Requirements: Previous experience working in HotelsPrevious experience as an Electrical & Mechanical Engineer, Painting & Decorating & Plumbing Please send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
