Really good opportunity to work for a very talented Hospitality Professional as their Executive Assistant – we need someone who can provide top level assistance for this high level Executive, but also someone who is very passionate about people and delivering excellent service!
Executive Assistant Role to Head of Hospitality Duties:
Calendar management for executivesAid executive in preparing for meetingsResponding to emails and document requests on behalf of executivesDraft slides, meeting notes and documents for executivesRelationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partnersScreening and prioritizing incoming phone calls, requests and follow ups and assisting the Director's personal commitments as neededIdeal Candidate for this EA role must have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of administrative experience, ideally to have worked in hospitality or customer service / facing companyAdvanced Google Suite experience (GMail, calendar, docs, etc.)Proficient in MS Office, Zoom and MS TeamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in managing multiple priorities, diary management, administrative coordination and logisticsWell-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSalary Package Offered: Market related but all benefits and incentives
