Job Title: Registered Nurse - Night Nursing Team

Shift time: 20:00 - 08:00

Pay Rate: £26 per hour (paid via umbrella)

Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to palliative care patients during night shifts, delivering end of life care packages. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Delivering skilled nursing care, monitoring, and administering treatments in line with care plans Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patients during night shifts

Requirements:

Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an Intermediate Care Unit or community setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care

Shift Pattern:
Night shifts only, with flexible working hours available.
