Sustainability Initiatives: - Contribute to sustainable building practices, enhancing energy efficiency and integrating renewable energy sources where applicable. 5. Documentation and Reporting: - Prepare reports and documentation for project proposals, progress, and completion. - Maintain accurate records and ensure all technical documentation is updated and accessible. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering Skills: Technical Proficiency: Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and sustainable building technologies.
