Executive Office Apprentice ( Business Admin Level 3 )
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general office support including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry Answer and direct telephone calls and emails professionally Assist with diary management, meeting arrangements, and room bookings Support document preparation, formatting, and distribution Update internal systems and databases accurately Maintain office supplies and assist with procurement processes Assist with preparing meeting papers and agendas Support the organisation of Executive and Governance meetings Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies Complete all on-the-job training and off-the-job learning as required by the apprenticeship programme Demonstrate and develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours outlined in the Business Administrator StandardTraining:
