Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Independent Prescriber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy and meet the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients. Prescribe medications independently as per clinical guidelines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs.

Requirements:

Valid Independent Prescriber qualification. Completion of CPPE Pathways. Proficient in using SystmOne. Willingness to work onsite in Cheltenham.
