Registered Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager with 5 years' experience working under OFSTED regulations to join a well-established childcare provider. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary range of £70,000 and excellent benefits. As the Registered Manager, you will oversee all staff on site, including responsibilities such as employee scheduling, training, and personal development. You will be responsible for: * Maintaining your OFSTED registration and ensuring adherence to OFSTED standards. * Organising and managing the home effectively, making independent decisions on referrals and placements. * Developing care plans for each young person, addressing their individual needs. * Monitoring and ensuring high standards of care in line with National Minimum Standards. * Consulting young people on the quality of care they receive. * Managing any complaints or safeguarding concerns. What we are looking for: * Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager or in a similar role within a residential care setting. * At least 5 years' experience working under OFSTED regulations. * Level 5 in Leadership & Management or Level 4 in Residential Childcare. * Track record of receiving Good ratings in the last 3 years OFSTED annual inspections. * Must provide the URN for the homes where you have worked in the last 4 years.
