Service Desk Manager - City of London - FM Service Provider - £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
CBW are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Helpdesk Manager to work with one of our key clients based in Sevenoaks. The Technical Helpdesk Manager will be responsible for the management, motivation and development of their team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Helpdesk Manager and be willing to travel to different offices when needed located in Slough. Key responsibilities: Managing all the reactive call outs to SLA'sResponding to clients Management of internal request for purchase orders and information to support service operationsScheduling engineers and subcontractors for planned maintenance tasksSetup of and ongoing management of maintenance planners and logbooksDeliver a range of KPI and management reports to the business Implementation and ongoing development of CAFM system/software for department processesSkills and qualities: Experience in KPI Management Supportive to other team members Good Literacy and numeric skills Willing to travel to Slough Office time to timePlease send your CV to Abbie at CBW Staffing Solutions if you are interested.
