Job Title Sales Manager – Heritage Event VenueSalary: £30,000 + BenefitsLocation: LondonI am working with a stunning new venue, full of state of the art facilities and incredible decor! We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the events team, responsible for generating revenue for the venue both reactively and proactively.
We are looking for someone highly motivated and target driven, with a passion for sales and events.Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating revenue through proactive and reactive sales of the venue to external clientsResponding to client enquiries efficiently, qualifying leads and progressing clients to site visitsCreating bespoke and creative proposals to inspire clientsContracting and paymentUpsell Food and Beverage, technical services and production for all clientNegotiate with clients on pricingDevelop key client accounts and increase repeat businessExecute excellent multitasking, managing multiple projects at one timeDevelop and implement marketing strategiesBuild relationships with existing and potential corporate/private clients and agencies
Skills and Experience:
At least 3 years sales experience in the events industryExperience of working in a venue or high-end event supplierA proven track record in the delivery of sales targetsConfident ability to work in a fast paced environmentExperience in using CRM/bookings systemsStrong knowledge and network across industry including corporate/private clients and agenciesPassion for the Events Industry and an enthusiastic and proactive approach is a must
