Property Maintenance Operative Apprentice

Reading and understanding property surveys. Preparing the areas for completion of work. Converting garages and conservatories with installation of windows and doors included. Installation of kitchens and bathrooms. Health and safety. Any other duties in line with the business needs

Training:

Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice.

The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training.

L2 Property maintenance operative Apprenticeship Standard.

On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the workplace.

Training Outcome:

Potential to get a full-time role within the company at the end of the apprenticeship period. Once qualified the apprentice will get the opportunity to work on exciting projects.

Plus, we don’t just fix it, we will then make good any damage and get everything looking great again

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday 10am – 3pm
