Booking Labels: Ensuring orders are shipped promptly and accurately
Booking Transport: Organising transport and logistics for various needs
Filing Management: Keeping documents organised and accessible for all departments
Meeting and Greeting Visitors: Answering the doorbell, preparing teas and coffees, and ensuring visitors feel welcome
Phone Management: Answering and directing calls to the relevant departments
Order processing: Processing customer orders
Weekly/Monthly Statements: Helping prepare and distribute monthly financial and operational statements
Receipt Sorting: Organising and processing receipts for accounts
Training:
Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work
Student to complete a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship
