On-the-job training  Off-the-job training  Day release to Brooksby College

Training Outcome:

A full time role may be offered to an outstanding individual.

Employer Description:
Farming business focusing on crop production on predominantly heavy clay soils. A regenerative and flexible business. Well invested with modern machinery, encompassing environmental stewardship and an extensive sheep enterprise. Situated between Colsterworth and Saxby.

Working Hours :
Full time with release for college for the apprenticeship period 32 hours at work and 7 hours at college, exact shifts TBC.
