Apprentice Receptionist - Furze Down School
Maintain a secure and welcoming and purposeful environment
Manage the schools switchboard, responding to internal and external calls
Welcome and greet visitors in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
Training:
Our apprenticeship will consist of learning new skills and tasks on a day to day basis within your job role, with off the job to engage in monthly group workshops, work on assignments meet with your dedicated Tutor/Assessor in the workplace.
Your training will take place online with training sessions and meetings booked in advance with your Tutor/Assessor.
You will also be required to attend Functional Skills Maths and English if you are not exempt at Level 2.
You will working towards Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 standard apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
We are looking to increase our reception department and upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, there is a good opportunity to remain in employment with the school.

Working Hours :
Hours: Term Time only (45 weeks), 37 hours per week (8.00-16.00 or 08.30-16.30) Monday to Friday.
