Business Administrator Apprenticeship
To handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and in a friendly courteous manner
To provide an excellent quality of patient care at all times
Accurately registering patients in line with policy
Assisting with enquiries regarding appointments from patients and referring GP’s
To report any problems with appointments, waiting times, or other issues preventing the smooth running of the department to the Team Leader
To remind patients of the times and dates of their appointments via telephone
To track cancellations of appointments and to offer vacant slots to other patients on the waiting list
To carry out a variety of administrative duties including accurate filing of notes and records, distribution of reports, collating and distributing post for the services, faxing, scanning and photocopying, as required
Responsible for the maintenance of filing systems within the department; inputting information/patient activity onto any computerised systems, always ensuring accuracy
Training:
Business Administrator Level 3.
The training will take place at your workplace, with our dedicated trainers coming into see you on a monthly basis.
Training Outcome:

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday- 31 hours per week, working hours TBC
