Apprentice Office Administrator

We are seeking an Apprentice Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks.

Duties: 

Perform clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents   Computerise data and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems   Uphold phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues  Type correspondence and reports accurately and efficiently   Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping tasks   Proficient in Google Suite applications for office productivity   Conduct data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail  Support office operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Relevant regulation: Understands laws and regulations that apply to their role including data protection, health & safety, compliance etc.  



Training Outcome:

On completion of a successful apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for a full time position.

A & P Williams is a family run business based in Newquay. We are an internal boarding, plastering and external render company predominantly in the new build sector.

Working Hours :
Working Days: Mon-Fri Working Times: 07:30-16:30 (tbc).
