Account Manager Apprenticeship
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing key clients
Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive customer satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
Develop account plans and strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide a seamless customer experience
Manage contract renewal processes in a timely and efficient fashion
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to proactively address customer needs
