Apprentice Chef
The main responsibility of this role is to assist the Head Chef and his team. Duties include:
Assisting Head Chef and his team, in the day to day running of the kitchen Follow food safety standards Help with the ordering Coming up with new dishesTraining:
The applicant will gain a Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification This will be working a shift pattern of 5 days out of 7 and will include weekends GCSE- A-C/ 4-9 or Equivalent in Maths and English, Preferred but not essential - Functional Skills Level 2 will be provided to those who do not. Apprenticeship Training Provided by Tutor at Swatpro Academy In-house training for the job role provided by The Puffing Billy Inn
Training Outcome:
Following the completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to progress within the company and become an integral part of the team

Working Hours :
